1. Overview
Assure America Insurance Company does not provide refunds on insurance premiums once coverage is in force, except as required by law or contract.

2. Cancellations & Pro‑Rata Returns

• Policyholder Cancellations: If you cancel mid-term, we will calculate any unearned premium on a pro‑rata basis. Any return premium will be issued to you or your lender (if applicable).
• Company Cancellations: If we cancel your policy (for nonpayment or other reasons), unearned premium will be returned pro‑rata, per state regulations.

3. Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees (credit‑card convenience fees) are non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Return Premium
Submit cancellation request via your online account or email billing@assureamericainsurance.com. Refunds are issued within 30 days of effective cancellation.
